When there is no customer response to information requests, we may restrict accounts?

• As a regulated firm, we must collect and maintain accurate customer information.

• To do so, we may contact you to request additional or more information.

• We may have to restrict your account after sending multiple requests via email until we receive the information we require for Ledger Live Login.

• Please keep an eye out for any emails from Ledger Live to avoid this situation.

• If you receive an email from Ledger Live asking you to update your information, please respond as soon as possible to avoid account disruptions for Ledger Live Login.

• Please be aware that Ledger Live will never contact you uninvitedly and request additional information over the phone.

• Any and all communications with a customer will be conducted primarily via email, and if a phone conversation is required to complete a request for information, internal Ledger Live staff will properly coordinate a call with a customer via Ledger Live Login.
